🔄 Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Because our products are made to order (printed and prepared specifically for you), we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges if you change your mind, choose the wrong size/color, or no longer want the item.
However, we are fully committed to making things right if the mistake is on our end. We provide solutions for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.

Incorrect item, design, size, or color received (different from your original order).

No Return Required: We do not require you to ship defective items back. If the issue is caused by our error, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.

Do Not Ship Back: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the address on the package. Any packages sent back without prior approval will not be processed.

Zero Hidden Fees: For defective or incorrect items, there are absolutely no return or restocking fees. The replacement is 100% free.
📧 How to file a claim: Please contact us at support@lexirosa.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
📏 Size Issues & Customer Errors
Choosing the correct size is the sole responsibility of the customer.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for incorrect size selection or personal preferences (fit, minor color tone variations, or style expectations).

We strongly encourage all customers to review our Size Chart carefully before placing an order.

Size-related issues are not considered manufacturing defects.

The following situations are strictly not eligible for a refund or replacement:

Orders where a cancellation request was made after the 2-hour window.

Items that have been worn, washed, or used.

Orders with minor color variations due to different monitor/screen displays.

Damage caused by improper care, washing, or handling.
💰 Refund Processing
If your refund is approved:

The refund will be credited automatically to your original payment method.

Processing time usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the error was entirely caused by Lexirosa.
