30-Day Return Period

We accept eligible returns initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
  • Include all original tags and packaging.
  • Be securely packed in the original packaging whenever possible.
  • Not be an item that was not originally included in your order.

Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for a refund.

How to Request a Return

Please contact our customer support team to request a return. Include:

  • Order number
  • Product name
  • Reason for the return
  • Photos or other supporting information, if applicable

Once your return request is approved, we will provide the return instructions and address.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

All returned packages must be shipped using a trackable shipping service. Please keep your tracking information until your refund has been completed.

Please note: Returns may need to be sent to our fulfillment facility in Asia, which may result in higher international return shipping costs.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected and processed within 7 business days.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refund Amount

For approved returns:

  • The purchase price of the returned item(s) will be refunded.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an incorrect, defective, or damaged item.

Refund Not Received?

If your refund has not appeared within 7 business days after we process your return, please contact our support team. We will be happy to help investigate the issue.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Return Address

For approved returns, we will provide the appropriate return address and instructions.

Do not send an item back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.

We recommend keeping your return tracking number and shipping receipt until your refund has been successfully completed.
