PLACING AN ORDER
1.How to order?
You can follow the following steps to place order:
(1)Choose the products you are interested in
(2)Choose the Color, Size and quantity you want (Please read the size information carefully)
(3)Add the item to Cart and then go to Shopping Cart(upper right corner)
(4)Confirm the order information in the shopping cart
(5)Choose “View Cart/Checkout”
(6)Checkout with Paypal fast payment Or Proceed to checkout
(7)Fill in your correct shipping address as details as you can
(8)Fill in your Account information and continue Checkout
(9)Choose your shipping method
(10)Continue Checkout to complete the payment
You will get an order NO. After you complete the order process, and you will also get an email informing your order details. If you did not receive the email, please check your junk mail first, if it is still not there, please contact with our customer service.
NOTE: We will begin to process your order upon receipt of your payment.
2.How to use the code?
You can directly use coupon to buy any products in our store, you will see an option of "Enter your coupon code" at the shopping cart page, fill in the coupon code we give to you here, then "Apply" , you will see the coupon amount deducted from your total order amount, then continue to pay.
1)For every coupon code, you can only apply it when you place the order, but cannot use it after placing the order
2)You can only use one coupon at a time.Coupon and other promotional activities and items are exclusive.
3.What payment methods do we accept?
For the payment methods, we accept Paypal and Credit Card (includes Visa, Mastercard, Amercan Express, Discover, and JCB etc.), you can choose the one which is convenient to you.
Note: We do not support cash on delivery, we will prepare the items and arrange shipment to you after you complete the payment online.
4.How to choose your size?
“Size Guide” with detailed product measurements is included on each product page.
We recommend you use “Size Guide” to better determine your ideal size, because sizing varies between our items.
As a note, these are measurements for item itself. You can compare these measurements to similar pieces you already own.
5.What is the material of the product ?
For more products material information, please check our product description which is under our product’s picture. If you still do not find the answer you want there, please contact our customer service.
6.What shipping methods are available?
We offers standard shipping for all orders. It will need 3-5 business days of processing time and 10-15 business days of shipping time. Therefore, you are expected to receive it in 13-20 business days.
Note: Affected by the coronavirus epidemic, it may lead to extension of the delivery time.
7.How much the shipping fee?
The shipping fee depends on the weight of the parcel and your exact location, please kindly try to place an order and you will see the shipping fee before the payment. Of course you can enjoy a Free shipping if your order over certain amount (you will see on the site-wide banner).
8.Do you ship anywhere?
We have the worldwide shipping, so yes, we can send to almost every country.
The sooner you place an order, the sooner you will receive it.
9.Why am I still being charged for shipping of big orders?
Please kindly check whether you have applied the coupon code?
If the final price after coupon is less than the free shipping standard, there will be shipping charge.
AFTER ORDER PLACED
1.How do I track my order?
A)Please kindly click on "Tracking Order" feature at the bottom menu on our website, then Enter your Email Address and Order Number, you'll see the option to track each shipment.
B)Once it be shipped out, we will email you the tracking number, if you did not get, then please try to find the email on your junk email box.
2.Why do I only receive part of my order?
The processing time for different item is different, so in order to let you get some items earlier, we sent the available items to you first, then the rest items later. And you do not need to pay any extra shipping fee.
3.Why my order delivery information stops updating?
Sometimes the the update of the logistics information is not timely, maybe you can re-check your latest information within 4-5 days. And we confirm your order is on the way.
4.Need To Change Something On My Order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. Once the parcel was shipped out from our warehouse, we will be unable to make any changes.
