⏱️ 1. When will I receive my order?

Since our products are proudly printed and shipped directly from the USA, your order goes through two stages:

  • Production Time: 1–3 business days.

  • Shipping Time: 4–6 business days for US domestic orders (7–21 business days for international orders).

Generally, you can expect your package to arrive within 5–9 business days from the date your order is placed. (Note: Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by holidays, weather, or carrier delays).

📦 2. How can I track my order?

  • You can easily track your package by clicking on the "Track Order" link on our website and entering your email address and order number.

  • Alternatively, once your order ships, an email containing your tracking link will be sent automatically. If you have any trouble, feel free to contact us at support@lexirosa.com.

⏱️ 3. How do I change my shipping information or cancel my order?

  • Any changes to order information (address, size, color) or cancellations can only be made within 2 hours of placing your order.

  • Please contact us immediately at support@lexirosa.com within this window. Once the 2-hour period has passed and the order enters production, we are unable to modify or cancel it.

📍 4. What if I provided the wrong shipping address?

  • If you notice an error in your address, please notify us immediately via email.

  • If your order has already been processed and picked up by the shipping carrier, we unfortunately cannot modify the address. In this scenario, we highly recommend contacting your local Post Office or carrier directly to request a package redirection.

🔄 5. How can I request a replacement or refund for a damaged item?

We are fully committed to product quality! If there is an issue with the item you received (defective, damaged, or incorrect design/size sent by our error), please contact us at support@lexirosa.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos showing the defect. We will gladly send a 100% free replacement or issue a full refund without requiring you to ship the item back.

📏 6. If I ordered the wrong size, can I exchange or return the product?

Because Lexirosa operates under a made-to-order (Print-on-Demand) model, each item is printed specifically for you, so we cannot accept standard returns or exchanges for customer errors. However, we want you to love your apparel! If you ordered the wrong size, please contact us. We can assist you by sending a new item in your preferred size for a small replacement fee (covering partial production and shipping costs), and you won't need to return the original product.

🔍 7. Why is my tracking number not updating?

Don't worry! After production is completed, your package is picked up by our shipping partners to be handed over to the main carrier (like USPS). It normally takes 24–48 hours (and sometimes up to 2-3 days during peak seasons) for the carrier to scan the barcode and update the tracking status online.

✉️ 8. I placed an order but didn't receive a confirmation email?

Please check your Spam, Promotions, or Junk folders, as automated emails can sometimes be filtered there by your email provider. If you still cannot find it, reach out to us at support@lexirosa.com with your full name and shipping address so we can verify your order details.
