Because our products are made to order (printed and prepared specifically for you), we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges if you change your mind, choose the wrong size/color, or no longer want the item.

However, we are fully committed to making things right if the mistake is on our end. We provide solutions for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.

✅ Eligible Cases (Caused by Our Error):

  • Defective, damaged, or torn items.

  • Incorrect item, design, size, or color received (different from your original order).

  • Major printing errors or quality issues.

  • No Return Required: We do not require you to ship defective items back. If the issue is caused by our error, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.

  • Do Not Ship Back: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the address on the package. Any packages sent back without prior approval will not be processed.

  • Zero Hidden Fees: For defective or incorrect items, there are absolutely no return or restocking fees. The replacement is 100% free.

Choosing the correct size is the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for incorrect size selection or personal preferences (fit, minor color tone variations, or style expectations).

  • Size-related issues are not considered manufacturing defects.
