All products are made-to-order and proudly printed with the best screen-printing or print-to-garment processes available. As such, they do not include embellishments such as rhinestones or glitter.

Shipping

How do you ship?

  • Customer satisfaction is the most important so we will work with the best shipping partners. However, the shipping partners may not be fixed as well as the shipping time may be changed.

 

Usually there are 2 main shipping methods we use:

  • Standard Shipping
  • Express Shipping

 

Note:

  • Sometimes, with some shoe models, Express Shipping method of shipping partners will not be available. We will send you an email to notify about it.
  • In addition, there are some areas with limited delivery, we will update these areas soon so you can know if you are in that area or not.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

  • The products will be produced after your order is paid. This process on average for all products will take 5 - 12 business days. Some products may take longer or faster.
  • As soon as the product is finished manufacturing, we will quickly take it to the shipping partners to get it to you soon. The average shipping time will be 8 - 12 business days for express shipping and 12 - 20 business days for standard shipping with all products. This process will depend on the carrier.

 

Note:

  • Our business days are Monday through Saturday.
  • Specific production and delivery times for each product will be provided by us in the description of that product.
  • We work hard to get packages to you as quickly as possible. During special sales, Scrap Sack Sales, Black Friday weekend or other holiday sales packages may be delayed by a few days.

 

How will I know my order has been shipped?

  • You will receive an email notification to let you know your package is on its way, accompanied with it is a shipping tracking code. You can use it to check the current position of the order.

 

What are my shipping cost options?

We use flat shipping rate of:

  • Standard Shipping: $15.95
  • Express Shipping: $25.95 

You will get freeshipp if your order is full $200.

 

Late Deliveries

Our shipping partners will try their best to ensure you receive your order on time, however occasional delays do occur. Lexirosa cannot be held responsible for delays caused by unforeseen or uncontrollable events such as:

  • Incorrect Address
  • Missing apartment, building, floor, or unit number
  • Severe weather conditions
  • International customs procedures

 

Missing Item Policy

  • Although we check and double-check orders prior to shipping, mistakes do happen. If an item is missing please let us know. We can ship it out to you, issue a refund, or include it in your next order. If you receive something you did not order, just enjoy it or share it with someone else!

Return & Refund Policy

Change or cancel order (if applicable)

After making a purchase, customers have 24 hour to request cancellation.

 

Please be informed that a management, processing and transaction fee (10% of your total order value) will be applied for the cancellation.

 

After that date, we work hard to get packages to you as quickly as possible. As a result, once your order is submitted we cannot accept cancellations or changes.

 

Return

Since all products are manufactured after your order is complete to ensure it is new and clean, we will try to make them as good as possible for you to have the best experience. So this merchandise cannot be restocked or resold so we do not accept returns.

 

We know that it can be difficult to buy genuine branded products, that's why we offer products that emulate popular brands, however , the quality of these products will not be reduced. If you have a product with your desired texture, do not hesitate to send it to us, we will make it a reality.

Since products are manufactured after the order is completed, all sales are final. If a product arrives damaged or you have any other concerns, please feel free to contact Lexirosa within three days of receiving your damaged product regarding your order.

 

Refund

If you receive the wrong or defective items, there is no need to return them to us. In this case, we always approve to issue you the refund. It is expected to be arrived in 2 - 3 business days.

 

Note: We do not process a refund or return in the following cases:

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address, not being at home to receive the delivery, not picking up the packages as requested)
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Our Store (i.e. not being cleared by your country"s customs, being delayed by a natural disaster, showing "delivered" in the tracking system, having been shipped into your mailbox but gotten lost).
